• Develops and implements budgets. • Hires, trains and evaluates a cross functional team of employees. • Oversees all location procedures and policies. • Set and maintains productivity and quality standards. • Schedules manpower schedule and shifts. • Distributes daily workload to ensure all location and staff complete work on time.• Ensures the delivery of customer service excellence.• Directly oversees inventory of the branch. • Reduces route breakage and incidents of product loss. • Works with Purchasing Department and Accounts Receivable Department. • Maintains ISO and other health and safety compliance. • Key person in customer satisfaction and client servicing in all assigned locations.• Currently working with (and/or has worked with) QAFAC, Keppel FMO, Al Jaber & Partner, CAT Airport, Lusail for catering.• In charge of manpower supply to Public Works Authority, Oryx GTL, Qatar-Bahrain Causeway, and Weill Cornell College.• In charge of house keeping and laundry services to Al Jaber & Partners (Al Lusail site), Dolphin, and Al Jaber Energy.• Oversees ISO implementation in all locations.• In charge of administration of other Operations Manager.• Works closely with the Quality Assurance and Training Departments.• Has handled the company’s Support Service Department (transportation and accommodation management).• Performs other duties from time to time.
