I completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2015, along with two specialized courses: CNC Programming and CMM Inspection & Spindle Calibration. My career began as a CNC Programmer at Universal Flexible Private Limited in India.In 2019, I transitioned to Uganda to take on a new challenge at Hariss International Limited. The company was expanding its operations with a new 35-acre plant, and I was responsible for monitoring work, machine installation, production, and store management. This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of large-scale industrial operations.My passion for environmental sustainability led me to pursue a career in the plastic recycling industry. Motivated by the staggering statistic that 1.5 billion plastic bottles are produced daily, most of which end up in landfills, I decided to make a difference. I conducted extensive research on recycling, read "Recycling of Polyethylene Terephthalate (De Gruyter STEM)," "Polyester and PET Recycling: The Essentials" by Rafael Cayuela Valencia, and "Recycling of PET Bottles" by Paul H. Fowler. Additionally, I visited numerous recycling companies in Uganda to enhance my skills.In 2022, I joined Standard Manufacturing Limited as a Production and Plant Manager, where I continue to work towards creating a sustainable future through efficient recycling practices.
