(Purchasing Order) and contracts with the selected suppliers or subcontractors.• Maintaining and control the quality records for the project through document control section.• Approved the progress invoices for suppliers and subcontractors.• Review the Monthly Report (Architecture activities and quality management parts).

• Working as a team leader and responsible for a team of modelers to create a coordinate model (Architectural & Structural models) by Revit which accommodate the BIM process.• Coordinating with main contractor (Focus Company) by sending TRN (Technical Review Notes) or coordination meeting. • Attend meetings between Focus and Dar AL Handasah when needed.• Submit the final Arch. Stru. model to MEP discipline to complete their work on this model.• Support and coordination with MEP team by daily discussion or weekly meeting to solving all clashes or any conflicts.

Jeddah Governorate, Saudi Arabia

• Architectural design development.• Preparing and reviewing of all Architectural shop drawings by AutoCAD.• Complete study and review the architectural design, and record all technical notes by RFI (Requests for information) • Complete and full coordination overall with Structural/MEP documents.• Direct contact with site engineers for any clarifications. • Following up and updating the shop drawing log according to any update of planning or design submissions.• Visiting the site at least two times monthly as the project require.
