Responsible of ensuring production process meet requirements in terms of quality, service level and operational cost to meet organizational strategic goals through leading strategic transformational lean projects to always improve production and manufacturing department.o Manage and supervise production teams “White & Blue” Collars to achieve our production targets [ 6 production section managers, 2 production administrators and 600 operators among 2 shifts.o Promote shop floor safety & 5S through regular managerial audits.o Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers & adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities.o Prepare, update, & analyse production reports and KPI’s status regularly to present it to Global ETO business unit steering committee.o Achieve departmental KPIs (DLP – Direct labour productivity, KE – Production efficiency, MQD – Manufacturing quality defects, Red Time) .o Leading and animating load Vs. capacity plan.o Maintain efficient quality & production processes within approved budget and prepared schedule.o Ensure compliance to the budgets and manage internal financial performance.o Perform regular appraisals and annual salary campaign.o Organize development training needs & manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined.

Leading departmental activities to achieve QTCM organization objectives (Quality, Time, Cost, Management) in parallel with being SPOC of the plant globally in the operations aspect.o Leading more than 500 Direct and Semi-direct staff, through coaching and directing to ensure performance is maximized to achieve production KPI's. o Achieve quality, cost, time, and management targets (QCTM) of production KPI’s through effective management of manpower, machine, materials, and methods. o Supporting the OHS (Operational health and safety) to enhance ergonomics, 5S condition and assure safe work environment.o Participating in LEAN and Kaizen initiatives and engaging Six Sigma tools for process improvements.o Key Member in cross functional global activities to achieve global targets. o Provide leadership to the production organization to ensure plant safety, environmental and quality standards are met.o Review all accident investigation with the objective of taking action to eliminate future occurrences.o Daily Operations Review.o Key Member in new projects launching activities.o Implementing and driving continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices according to Nissan Production way.o Work to improve product quality and lower operating costs.o Conducts employees’ performance appraisal.
