• Manage local and wide-area voice and data networks by providing access to network resources, maintaining equipment, and monitoring network performance.• Operation deals with keeping the network and the services that the network provides up and running smoothly. It includes monitoring the network to spot problems as soon as Possible, ideally before users are affected.• Maintenance is concerned with performing repairs and upgrades—for example, when equipment must be replaced, when a router needs IOS upgrade, when a new switch is added to a network. Maintenance also involves corrective and preventive measures to make the managed network run "better", such as adjusting device configuration parameters.• Configuration of VLANs.• Routing Protocol (OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP). • Ensure every ticket is being walked from inception to satisfactory completion in the shortest possible time, with the best quality of response.• Continue to look for client requests and ensure they are getting technically rich responses.• Managing Network and monitoring VLAN’s.• Performing initial Problem determination and assigning higher team to get the issue fixed.
