 Creating 3D Models: - Develops 3D models of building or infrastructure projects using BIMsoftware in various disciplines such as architecture and structure. Collaboration: - Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders tounderstand project requirements to ensure accurate representation in the BIM model. Input Data: - Input and manage data as per the BIM model Such as CAD file(DWG),REVITfile(RVT) ,IFC file. Coordination: - Coordination between various disciplines such as architecture & structure to avoidclashes and conflicts. Visualization:-Create visual representations renderings of BIM model for design reviews and presentations. Documentation: - Generate construction documents including 2D drawing on sheets, schedules,quantity takeoff and reports based on the information from the BIM model. Clash Detection: - Use BIM softwares to detect clashes orconflicts between different building systems and resolve them to avoid construction issues. As Built Modeling (LOD 500):- Update the BIM model with as built information during and after construction to provide an accurate representation of the completed project for facilitymanagement and maintenance. Quality assurance:-Ensure the accuracy and quality of the BIM model and associateddocumentation. Parametric Modeling: - Employ parametric modeling techniques to create intelligent BIMobjects that can be easily used in the Projects. Family Creation: - Create 2D and 3D families and its type parametric and non-parametric tobuild efficient BIM model. Modify details and profile drawings based on design changes. Working within a team environment and being able to communicate effectively with other project team members. Problem-solving abilities: Any BIM process includes conflicts and issues.
