The Registration Officer will ensure that UNHCR's Registration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented in accordance with relevant UNHCR standards and policies, and all persons of concern have fair and transparent access to registration procedures. In that context, the Registration Assistant is supposed to conduct, i.e., the following activities:• Conduct filing related activities including digitization of physical files.• Assist with the reception and scheduling of individual cases for registration related activities.• Conduct standard registration interviews and other enhanced interviews with complex cases as needed.• Provide counselling to, and responds to queries from, asylum seekers and refugees regarding UNHCR's registration procedures and their rights and entitlements.• Conduct admission, scheduling/appointment issuance activities• Perform data clean-up as needed.• Maintain accurate and up-to date records and data related to all individual registration cases.• Identify persons with specific needs and ensure timely referral to protection follow-up as required.• Identify cases with specific needs and/or urgent registration needs including unaccompanied children, cases with urgent medical needs and cases with urgent legal or physical protection needs.• Refer cases to functional units in a timely manner, in accordance with their needs, and follow up on their further processing.• Perform other duties as needed.

Summary: • Dealing directly with refugees, asylum seekers and migrations.• Collecting, entering, and analyzing data more professionally.• Follow-up calls on the status of the beneficiaries and the status of their projects.• Evaluating the progress and analyzing the results.• Determine the extent to which our efforts achieve the requirements of the donors and supporters. • Supporting interviews • Conduct intake calls to assess the applicant's vulnerability and viability.• Managed the reception operation.• Scheduling.• Supported the case management unit.• Referrals, and resiliency plans.• Testing applicant’s abilities of reading, writing, and communicating skills and giving them support by taking into consideration all of safety & security, safeguarding methods, UNHCR indicators, and 1951-1967 Conventions protocols.• Facilitating and supporting all training and coordinating the operations during this period.
