• Liaise with customer shop floor personnel to provide necessary support.• Identify site requirements, provide solutions and where possible suggest ways of continuously maintaining stock.• Moving of stock in the warehouse and loading /offloading of vehicles using Forklift truck.• Efficiently and safely maintaining the stock movement in the warehouse and shop floor while maintaining the stock records.• Handling and escalating queries and complaints where appropriate.• Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.• Attend weekly team five meeting for improving work performance

•Installation of braking pads in braking systems after completing 25000 miles of each locomotive.•Inspection and repairs small errors in braking system.•Checking the lubricants in braking system and lubricating when required.•Perform coolant and oil clean-out operation when required.

•Over-all responsible for the service operations.•Respond to customer inquiries on telephone, in person.•Receive customers at the service centre and point of contact throughout the service.•Distribute/delegate work to the technicians.•Spare parts management (Provide spare parts to the technicians, maintaining )
