responsibilities : 1- Part of the research group in cosmology 2- Scientific articles and interviews translation (from English and French to Arabic) 3- Scientific articles writer in bi annual magazine (el chiheb scientific magazine) 4- Preparation and Organization of multidisciplinary masterclasses for young students 5- Scientific events organization (workshops, festivals, conferences, seminars...)

1- Communicate and coordinate with the project client, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure the successful completion of the construction project2- Conduct meetings and walkthroughs with the different companies linked to the project (GL1K, RA1K, STH, CUSTOMS, POLICE, PORT AUTHORITY)3- Prepare the needed documents for residence permits and work permits for Chinese nationals4- Prepare all types of permits to work "PTW" (hot, cold, excavation, etc.)5- Archiving (paper and electronic) all types of administrative documents6- Distribute materials to authorized individuals and maintain a record of distribution.7- Make regular backups of electronic documents and maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in the documents.8- Provide regular reports on the status of documents and their accessibility.9- Translation of all technical documents ( drawings, manuals, minutes of meetings, official letters, method statements...etc)

Duties : 1- administrative coordination with different local authorities ( wilaya, police, customs, port administration) 2- responsible for signing procedures and granting temporary and permanent access to subcontractors by : - preparing official lettres and lists which will be sent to la DRIK (SKIKDA industrial zone security Administration) and port police. - preparing the needed documents. - direct contact with the head of the departments to sign and get this access.3- Carry out administrative activities (mail processing, preparation of files, filing and archiving, etc.)
