ERP Implementation Specialist

The role involves system study, gaps analysis, training of various modules’ functionalities viz., Admin, Inventory, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, Finance, POS Management, Production and Report., UAT of Web Application, installation of POS Application, UAT of POS Application, data migration, go-live, post go-live support, reports development and deployment, and sign off.

The role involves discussions of various modules’ process-requirements with business owners/managers, documentation of requirements, customization of Focus 9 ERP, data migration, trainings (providing customized users’ manuals), User Acceptance Tests, development of reports and print layouts, sign off, post go-live support and transferring the client to ERP Customer Support

• Worked as a coordinator for QNeon Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP-Software) Implementation and Development, documented standard operating procedures for various modules of the ERP, conducted trainings for the Heads of the Departments and the staff• Analysis and evaluation of the reports in all the modules• Validating the Dashboard Reports and Analytics• Support for the Issues and Change Requests using the Helpdesk• Assisted in various accounts’ reconciliations

Responsible for Finance,Accounts, Taxes, Team Management, Monthly and yearly Accounts closing, MIS, Drafting of agreements, Budgets, Variance Analysis, Customers Relations, Negotiations, Compliance etc.

Worked as a Chief Accountant for Prime Technologies Power System, a subsidiary company of ETA, and its overseas branch. Major responsibilities included Accounting, Budegting, Forecasting, Systems, monthly reporting, MIS, LC handling, FAR maintenance, reconciliations, balances confirmations, Financial Statements and Management Accounts preparation including schedules, handling audits by one of the big four audit firms, negotiating with suppliers and customers, liaising with Banks, Head Office and others.

• Streamlined processes such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, Reconciliations, Revenue Auditing, Flash Reporting, Payroll, Compliance with Taxes, Forex, General Cashiering, monthly Accounts Closing • Supported Internal and Statutory Audits by Deloitte.
