I am a seasoned hospitality Industry professional having over 14 years of experience with Master degree of business administration and Bachelor degree of hospitality management. I have rich and extensive experience in multinational Hotel chain`s and Resorts between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, My current role at Al Gosaibi Hotel responsible for renovation projects at the hotel in coordination with project department, covering 2 different tasks since I am in charge for both renovation projects and procurement operations of the hotel, however my responsibilities includes but not limited to Materials Management, selecting high Quality of materials with competitive price, Supervise the operations of the stores, Monitor all areas of procurement including contracts, working with the finance manager to draft the annual budget and renovation budget, ensure the system allocating and reconciling purchase orders, Manage relationship with hotel suppliers and sending reports of their performance. Expertise in maintaining high quality Food & Beverage Standards which are related to, ISO9001, IS022000, 1SO14001. Risk Managements, Operations, IT, Change Management and regulatory interactions.
