- Monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the organization’s final products.- Establish quality standards in the organization.- Preparing quality assurance policies and procedures and supervise its implementation.- Planning and supervision the annual Audit plan implementation.- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with Director.- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.- Manage the audit team activities.

Responsible for identifying, planning, organizing, controlling, and directing company-wide audits, investigations and special consultancy requests covering all areas in the company to assess the quality and adequacy of financial and operational controls and procedures, compliance with company policies and procedures, compliance with corporate governance requirement and best practices of risk management and recommend corrective action in order to achieve the goals and objectives of internal audit function in the company.

• Drive and monitor all Internal Audits activities of the company according to the required standard.• Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified to the management and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.• Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization objectives and goals to be met.• Manage and monitor nonconformities with respect to the QMS Procedure.• Promote opportunities for Improvement within the organization by using the results of audit to identify opportunities for improvement for all QMS processes.• Evaluates audit findings and presents the results of audit work and recommendations to the top management.

• Preparing the monthly management accounts.• Handling the account payable and receivables of the departments.• Coordinates with all vendors on the requirements of the departments ensuring that proper services are being provided to the departments in line with the ministry goals and objectives.• Provides all required logistics to new joiners on information provided by the HR department in coordination with the relevant departments.• Carries out Supplier Evaluation for Suppliers related to maintenance work on a timely manner.• Carries out other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
