- Make a purchase order (PO) at the central warehouse or another supplier for items needed by our clients.- Accept and check items from the supplier, carefully verifying their quality and correct number.- Post data of the delivered items coming from the supplier using the SAP Portal.- Prepare quotations for wholesale credit customers and cash customers.- Make the Goods Received Note (GRN) when the PO item is delivered and sign the Material Delivery Document (MDD) received from the end user.- Check payments in the Aramco portal on a regular basis.- Work on any new bids received from Aramco Purchasing to get the new Business-to-Business (B2B) agreement.- Work in the Saudi Aramco SAP portal (MDD - Material Delivery Documents, Issue ASN, publish GRN once the item is delivered to the Aramco end user).- Check the GRN status of the delivered POs and follow up for any POs that have not yet been received.- Work in the SAP Portal for any direct charge PO from Aramco buyers.- Follow up on payments from credit customers.- Keep track of monthly and yearly sales targets.- Create new purchase requests for any new Aramco agreement items.
