• Provided technical support leadership during sales process by demonstrating OR, ICU & NICU products including potential uses, capabilities and features to customers.• Trained medical staff on how to use the newly installed medical equipment.• Provided after sales visits to ensure quality and performance of the medical equipment at operating sites.• Supported scientific conferences and professional workshops by performing product demonstration and practical application for customers.

I was responsible for the technical procedures associated with InBody (Body Composition Analyzing) Devices with roles of:• Testing incoming units and ensure their proper performance.• Installation the equipment at operating sites.• Training customers on the method of operation of the newly installed devices.• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.• Following up with customers for any technical support.
