Operations Analyst – PMO – Temenos India Pvt Ltd Feb 2014 – Till DateERP: ORACLEProject Governance and Operations team management for Middle East and Africa banking system implementation from TEMENOS India. Co-Ordination with senior management across Temenos to consolidate the go live details and publish of quarter and monthly reports on go lives. Create and publish project dashboard on a monthly basis with accuracy.  Participate in Internal project review calls with Regional services director’s, Area Service Manager’s and Project managers. Preparation of Resource utilization report at region and global level for effective Management of resources. Regional report preparation and validation and participating in regional month end reviews. Validating MSA/SOW/WO/CR as received from Sales Team/Customer. System level Project creation based on the document agreed by both the Temenos and Customer. Projections help to identify the growth/de-growth in business and recruitment and monthly forecasting of Revenue for all the projects.

Billing, Invoicing, Reconciliation, Project Management, O2C. Analyzing Unbilled License and Maintenance Invoices and ensure all the clients are billed within TAT. Updating Contracts with the proposed changes in milestone and booking Maintenance hole for the same. Raising the credit notes whenever required, by following the standard procedures related to process and ICS controls. Raising the invoices as per the new contracts signed and as per Booked Value Sheet. Resolving the queries of Regional Managers and Financial controllers related to invoices raised. To ensure that invoices raised within TAT in order to achieve the recognized revenues. Addressing the mismatches between the Contract and BV sheet and take corrective actions. Participating in Weekly cash call to liaise with FC’s and GCM team members for effective cash collections. Assisting the Cash Apps Team to apply the payments which are in on-account. Preparing the ICS supporting documents for the process.

 Resolving customer queries on settlement of credit notes. Settlement of credit notes for the defective products. Raising the order entry for the defective products. Settlement of credit notes for price difference, transport breakage claims. Raising the debit notes for the excess payment and wrong credit notes Generating lighting, GLS and Ageing reports on daily basis. Involving in Month end closing activities like entry of provisions, pending claims and quality check. Allocation of work to the team members and addressing the process related issues. Checking the quality of the credit notes issued and liaising with concerned authorities for approval.

 Analyzing the outstanding amounts of the customers. Updating the customer details in order to collect the cash. Follow up steps for the cash collections on outstanding amounts. Updating the regular changes of payments in company’s database.
