Responsible for MEP Works of the Projects.

Responsible for complete MEP scope of Works in External & In House Projects.

- Responsible for the Entire Projects,Progress, Planning & Hand Over.- Well versed in international standards and local requirements.- Adept not only in supervising, managing and installation of equipment but also in engineering functions in respective area of expertise.- Key responsibilities include but are not limited to optimally utilizing all of Company’s resources including all Operating personnel (Staff and Workers) and movable/non-movable Assets, Suppliers, Sub-contractors; interacting with Consultants, Clients, various Statutory authorities etc; - Planning to establish overall project plans objective, master project schedule and financials including project budget and work with the Client/Consultant to ensure satisfactory delivery of project.- Selection of vendors and manage vendor activity and performance to ensure compliance with the overall objectives of the project viz. costs, standards and schedule.- Managing consultants for various projects including the entire design process from the concept design stage through the final designs.- Establishing and managing the financial expenditure budgets of the project and monitor costs to ensure compliance with the planned expenditure.- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues.- Resolving project problems and complaints and act as a point of reference for techno-commercial issues. Proficiency in latest project management tools.

Responsible for all Mechanical works (HVAC/Fire Fighting) at Site/Liaison with Client, PMC & Consultant regarding Tender, GFC drawings, Project Specification compliance, RFI’s, ,Project Planning and Vendor Approvals, Technical Submittals Approval, Material Delivery and Works completion as per Milestones/Liaison with all subcontractors for all Technical Submittals, RFI’s, Shop Drawing Submission, Material delivery, Man Power Allocation & Work Progress/Guiding a team of Engineers for each service to monitor, assess and evaluate for work Quality and compliance with standards.Responsible for Overall Installation, Inspections (IRs) of Equipments & MEP services including Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, Plumbing & Drainage, Electrical and ELV resolving all Coordination issues/Responsible for all day to day activities at site ensuring Material availability With coordination between stores and Procurement departments/Responsible for All coordination with The Design, Contracts & Commercial Team. Responsible to guide a Team of Engineers ensuring the Project Specification is met and the Industrial Standards are followed/Responsible for all HSE related issues on Site conducting Tool Box Talk with a dedicated team safety Engineers and attending Seminars improve the Quality of Work and Workmanship by following the benchmarks/Responsible for all Testing, Commissioning & Balancing of all services/Responsible to employ & authorize all Sub contractors work/Responsible to for any liaison with Suppliers, Manufacturer and Specialists for all Equipments/Responsible for all Performer Based Incentive for Workers & Tech Staff. Responsible for Handover attending all/Responsible for all coordination with designing, Planning, Procurement & Stores departments/Review of Project Milestones through weekly progress meetings i.e Internal & Client Meetings

• Responsible for Mechanical Installation, Testing and Commissioning of • Mechanical equipment like AHU’s, FCU’s, and Ducted-Decorative Split A/c Units.• Responsible for man power management and scheduling of work and billing of Contractors.• Procurement of materials as per site requirements.• Allocate the man power as per the job schedule and capacity of the site.• Attending the coordination meeting held by projects managers for co-ordination Of other services with architects, consultant and main contractors.• Preparing test formats and getting approval from consultant / client. Preparing test Formats for commissioning.• Responsible for demonstration and installation of equipment as per consultant and QA/QC Demand.• Responsible for preparation of O & M (operation and maintenance) manuals along with the Spare parts list of electrical equipment as per contract.
