As the founding section head of cancer control and outreach division at MNG-HA, I work with a team of experts in developing and implementing evidence-based strategies to prevent, detect, and treat cancer in the Saudi population. I also serve as a consultant medical oncologist and clinical cancer geneticist, providing personalized and comprehensive care to patients with gastrointestinal malignancies and hereditary cancer syndromes.My passion for cancer control and research stems from my extensive postgraduate medical training at leading health institutions in Saudi Arabia and Canada, where I obtained a fellowship in gastrointestinal oncology and clinical cancer genetics from McMaster University. I have also acquired multiple skills in patient safety, medical education,and oncology leadership, which enable me to contribute to the advancement of the oncology field and the improvement of the health outcomes and quality of life of cancer patients.
