• Responsible for effective supervision to ensure reliable operation of 104-MW thermal power plant.• Lead shift +10 teamwork to carry out duties in cooperative manner.• Coordinate work related to maintenance and testing in equipment, low voltage switchgear, medium voltage switchgear, Transformers, field instruments, and control system.• Collaborate with other departments as regard to power distribution and steam utilization to meet the organization’s goals.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices in the areas of work. • Prepare and review regular reports and technical documentations.• Request for spare parts and consumable requirements.

• Safe startup and shutdown of power plant as per operational equipment manufacturer standard.• Supervise planned and breakdown maintenance.• Supervise the various processes during to ensure efficient operation of plant and its auxiliaries.• Communicate with shift staff regarding to power loading and shedding.• Follow up and review the records of all parameters and activities.

• Develop Electrical and Mechanical Engineering design with adherence to standards.• Prepare technical specifications and drawings according to the project.• Collaborate with teamwork to deliver project design within the time. • Used software to perform and improve design calculations.

• Implement preventive and periodic maintenance for equipment• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults for +30 equipment (Motors, Feeders, VFDs, Circuit Breakers, and Cables)• Electrical installation and testing for +3 new lines production.
