As the Head of Department at SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT HOUSE CO. (SMEH), I lead and manage the architectural team, overseeing the design and development of various projects, from conceptualization to completion. I also develop and implement the department's strategic vision, build and foster a positive team culture, and manage client relationships and external stakeholders.I have over eight years of architectural engineering experience, working in a technical office environment, preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings, material submittals, coordination drawings, architectural details, project specifications, bill of quantity, and project documentation. I have also coordinated with other divisions and stakeholders, such as civil, mechanical, electrical, contractors, and subcontractors, proposed architectural solutions according to site conditions, assisted in surveying quantities of architectural elements and materials, and contributed to construction management. Some of the projects I have worked on include hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and office buildings. I have increased the efficiency, quality, and accuracy of the architectural design process, resulting in improved client satisfaction and project delivery.I am currently pursuing a MSc Construction Project Management degree at Nottingham Trent University, aiming to enhance my skills and knowledge in managing complex and large-scale projects. I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of architectural design, theory, and practice. I also hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers, and a Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services. I am passionate about architecture, innovation, and sustainability, and I strive to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly spaces.
