Reporting-Conduct on site inspections and validate property assets on a regular basis with assistance from the technical department. Inform clients about their assets life cycle status and provide them with genuine suggestions to avoid major asset or capital expenditure. Submit comprehensive and budget reports with photographic evidence to key clients on a weekly and monthly basis. Work Execution- Actively track jobs at hand and complete tasks according to timelines provided.
