• Responsible for overall Electrical/Automation operations in all the plant including manufacturing and building services.• Preparing, developing, schedules, organizes and executes preventive, predictive and shutdowns maintenance programs.• Providing engineering support by responding to requests for Electrical/Automation issues.• Provide leadership to the teams and trades helpers in the repair and installation of Electrical/Automation/ mechanical operations system.• Installation of new machines, make sure that it works properly and prepare all facilities needed.• Make modification to the old machines and production lines to meet all sizes and shapes and troubleshoot failures.• Assure that all the team follow the factory rules and procedures.• Defines the needed training for the team to meet the business needs.• Preparing shifts, follow up team attendance, and control team over time.• Participate in the periodic evaluations of Electrical/mechanical teams.• Make sure that all maintenance schedules are carried out in time and correct as planed in ISO procedures.• Align maintenance processes with business KPIs.• Make a budget for maintenance process and spare parts.• Designing and carryout of electrical boards (CB & Cables) of buildings and machinery.
