My job is starting from receiving the contract, project budget and all tender documents which singed/agreed with client related to the subjected project, after that starting management the project as below.• Studying the contract, budget and tender documents deeply to understand each detail from the beginning and note all comments in order to be considered during project execution and to be discussed accordingly with client.• Starting the communication with the client by greeting and sharing the communication matrix to be followed during project execution.• Arranging meeting with all departments who involved in project execution and discuss all documents, details of the project to make sure that all parties on the same page.• Preparing a detailed M.O.M accordingly to discuss and clarify all noted points with client and schedule Kick of Meeting accordingly.• Building the time schedule with the planning team based on the agreed dates as contract in order to be shared during K.O.M• Studying the project budget deeply in order to set-up the cash flow status to make sure achieving the project success till the end of project.• Preparing follow up reports for every activity individually to compare the actual prices cost with its relevance budget cost and this allow us choose the suitable sub-contractors and supplies which match the budget with keeping into consideration following the best quality/service which achieve project specification and client satisfaction. • Arranging monthly and weekly if needed meeting with all parties to follow up/record the project status/results in order to make sure that project follow the schedule/set-up plan.• Discussing all challenges/problems if any and finding the best solution to overcome in order to keep the project on the planned track.• The regular discussion with all parties and putting all issues immediately on the table make the problems have low chance to be happen during project execution.
