 Ensuringthat the plant Operating Discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements. Assume required frequently in process analysis of produced SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) and CAPB (Coco Amido Propyl Betaine) to ensure maximum quality. Handle sophisticated instruments (GC, AAS, IR, APHA colorimeter, PH meter, Viscometer, UV, Density meter and FTIR) and other instruments. Prepare and standardize Volumetric Solutions, Standards & Reagents. Utilizes Statistical Process Control tools to optimize plant operation and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Statistical Process Control tools. Reviews and tests components, raw materials and finished goods to ensure that such products and materials meet corporate quality and safety standards.  Undertake physical inspection of the packing tanks including (ISO tanks, IBC’s & drums) before loading. Maintain all analytical equipment calibrated according to the schedule and SOP’s. Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. Data update in hard and soft copies and on Navision system as per ISO 9001-2008. Undergoes 5S in lab to maintain our scientific instrument calibrated and healthful.
