- Contribute to the development of Country, Area and Infrastructure strategies, initiate and participate in thedevelopment of relevant infrastructure projects, project proposals and provide input on needs and gaps,considering where appropriate the role of cash-based interventions and market based programmes.- Line management of project field staff (officers) related to construction and rehabilitation and transfer keytechnical skills to supervised staff.-Budget management: ensure budget management in cooperation with PM and submit regular spending plans;develop work plans for the field teams and follow up with progress on a daily basis; budget holding whendelegated this responsibility; develop procurement plan and ensure all procurements are done in time; contributeto provide monthly activity reports and donor reports; contribute to proposal and budget development.- Responsible for the quality of the program: quality of data collection and distributions are according to SoPs withcorrect accountability measures in place- Provide regular progress reports to PM, APM, AM, and AMAL Infrastructure Advisor.

-Identify, connect and interest Agribusiness SMEs to the program- Identify and connect with agricultural and business stakeholders, relevant for exchange visits,mentoring/coaching, investments and/or those who can be potential employers for jobseekers- Organize farmer field days to connect farmers to new businesses/markets

- Ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented according to ACTED’s quality standards and SoPs;- In collaboration with the project team and coordination, determine the strategic direction of the project in the short and medium term and map outactivities, and contribute to the preparation of project proposals and budgets as necessary-Collaborate with the Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to assess need, monitor activities, and evaluate project progress. Ensure thatlessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the project to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant-Ensure that beneficiaries being selected according to project selection criteria-Identify the location of CFW activities in collaboration with local authorities and ensure they are consistency with projects goals-Data validation and segregation of selected beneficiaries along with avoid duplication.-Pre-orientations for beneficiaries and staff in term of activities being implemented.-Preparing final endorsed participants list and ensure that this list is correct and consistent with the MODA platform

- I responsible for the implementation of all technical program/interventions undertaken by ACTED either sub-contracted or through Cash for Work(CFW)/daily labor, matching with ACTED’s quality criteria, guidelines and agreed strategy.- Assist WASH team to draft SoPs for Program activities and ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented according to ACTED’s qualitystandards, guidelines and SoPs, in collaboration with the program team and coordination, also determine the strategic direction of the program in theshort and medium term and map out activities. - Set direction by prioritizing and organizing actions and resources to achieve objectives.- Oversee program startup and ongoing program management and administration of around 400 workers teams across various field locations.- Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed.- Ensure that program implementation is responsive to communities and consistent with relevant program guidelines, principles, values, qualitystandards and strategic plan.

- Support the Project Manager and partners in updating implementation plans, procurement plans.- Provide ongoing, regular technical support to implementing to ensure that shelter activities are completed effectively and in a timely manner.- supervise the rehabilitation work for 350 houses in the project area.- Lean and follow up around 200 skilled and nonskilled workers.- Coordinate with the stakeholders on the ground to be in the loop of the security situation and report back any security concerns.- Follow up on the Shelter progress report, weekly reports and monthly reports.- Working in harmony with all other project staff and field team for the effective and efficient day-to-day management of the SHELTER activities.
