This includes reviewing contract terms to ensure they align with operational requirements and strategic goals.-Participate in the selection process for contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that they can meet the project’s technical specifications, budget, and timeline. Provide input on the operational compatibility of potential suppliers’ offerings.

-Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines for design, manufacturing, testing, and installation phases.-Coordinate with various departments (design, manufacturing, procurement, etc.) to allocate resources effectively.-Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and the project remains within financial constraints.-Ensure that all engineering designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.-Oversee the installation and commissioning of systems at client sites, ensuring they are properly integrated and operational.-Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.-regular financial updates to senior management, highlighting any variances from the budget and explaining them.

-Work with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.-Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution.-Oversee the design process for burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, or other equipment, ensuring that designs meet the required specifications-Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design discussions to final delivery and installation.

- Analyze geological and seismic data to understand the rock formations that will be encountered during drilling.-Track drilling parameters such as weight on bit, rotary speed, torque, and rate of penetration (ROP) to assess bit performance.-Adjust drilling parameters and recommend changes to enhance bit performance and increase drilling efficiency.-Identify and solve problems related to bit performance, such as slow penetration rates, bit balling, or premature wear.-Gather and analyze data from bit runs, including drilling time, footage drilled, and bit condition at the end of the run.-Generate detailed reports on bit performance, including recommendations for future bit selection and adjustments to drilling parameters.

-Assist with development of a time and motion study process.-Take real time data from the production floor for various processes including, but not limited to, machining, pressing and cutting.-Identify areas where time or resources are being wasted, such as redundant steps, excessive motion, or delays in the workflow-Design or suggest modifications to the layout of workstations, equipment, and materials to minimize movement and reduce time wastage.
