• Assigned a goal to improve the overall performance of all the units corporate performance indexes. • Developed a new process to optimize Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) survey in order to optimize inspection time, cost and manpower count. • Approved technical paper for Materials Performance & Welding Technology Conference and Exhibition titled “Asset Integrity Management & Automation”• Led many failure investigations with comprehensive and deep analytical reporting.

• Led the department initiative to benchmark more than 27 key processes and organizational focus areas resulting to an overall performance improvement to most of the organizations' KPIs by 19% and capturing an estimated cost saving/avoidance of around 77M$.• Major contribution to the successful achievement of highest Operational Excellence assessment score across all Saudi Aramco operations. • Lead an employee engagement initiatives to spread awareness about Operational Excellence to 458 employees across the organization with a goal of transforming employees mindset to become performance and excellence oriented. • Developed and delivered an employee engagement session aiming to increasing employee morale and engage the corporate values to more than 400 employees within the organization.• Assigned as Operational Excellence awareness team leader with a goal of maximizing employees familiarity with OE framework and their contribution to its performance.

Hawiyah Gas Plant

• Established the department's Asset Integrity Management System which is now being used to manage assets in one of the largest gas power plant in the region.• Leading the effort in achieving Aramco's top rank in Corrosion Management Index which measures departments performance in corrosion management across the company "the highest improvement recorded across Saudi Aramco".• Presented several technical presentations and papers in many national and international forums for corrosion and inspection technologies including NACE.• Developed 4 Corrosion Control Document (Corrosion Management Plan) for 4 plant major areas. 3 are now official Saudi Aramco Engineering Reports (SAER)• Implemented 3 innovative ideas with estimated overall cost saving of 2M$/Year • Designed and Developed Plant Integrity Assurance System (PIAS) a predictive asset management & data analysis platform which is being reviewed to be implemented across all Saudi Aramco Operations.• Issued a first in its kind report in Saudi Aramco Gas Operations that captures the cost of corrosion which contributed to achieving a 25% reduction of overall corrosion cost.

Fit-for-purpose MWD services provide continuous direction and inclination to guide geo-steering and provide data for survey management and development planning.Working as a Field Engineer requires 100% flexibility, because it is linked with frequent travel to remote locations (Oil Rigs) where customer require the service. I was given the responsibility to set up all equipment's related to measurement while drilling (Rigging Up and Down) including the down hole tools.
