Supports the design and implementation of evaluation methodologies to measure the impact of various mental health activities and interventions using standardized approaches, and assists in designing and completing surveys and other data collection tools for screening the refugees population for various mental health issues and reflects data into database, analyses and reports results with statistical indicators. Prepares periodic reports to contribute in building a linkage between the mental health activities/interventions and the outcomes of work through creating, maintaining and managing programme database and indicators over the unrwa RBM.

- In consultation with the Programme Coordinator, be directly involved in conducting and analyzing research into community needs of the PSP.- In consultation with the Programme Coordinator, be directly involved in conducting and analyzing research into skill sets of supervisors and counsellors.- Establishes a system to manage and conduct continuous training need assessments and personal development plans for all staff.- In consultation with the Programme Coordinator, identifies general and specific training needs for staff of the programme.- In consultation with the Programme Coordinator, Supervisors and other resources, and within the framework of the approved strategy, develops a training strategy and satisfying training activities, to engender and cement professional practice in the programme.- Within the strategy research, organizes and evaluates professional training courses for all staff.- Within the strategy and where appropriate, researches, organizes and evaluates English language, general management and administrative training courses for staff.- Within the strategy, delivers training sessions and workshops according to incumbent’s capabilities & experience.- In consultation with the Programme Coordinator and Supervisors and in line with the training strategies, develops key result areas and performance indicators for all activities.- Provides balanced scorecard style reports on key areas and indicators.- Within the approved strategy, researches and recommends appropriate courses for staff to attend.- Establishes and maintains contacts and working relationship with local and international organizations working in similar areas to maximize all training opportunities.- Communicates information on the Programme training activities and of training material to all CMHP staff members.- Coordinates all training courses attended by the CMHP staff.- Manages the CMHP training activities to ensure availability of trainers, staff, venue.

In accordance with Agency policy and procedures..(A) Organizes and develops the subject of specialization;(B) Ensures the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness under the direction of the supervisors concerned;(C) Coordinates the teaching of the subject with subjects taught by other instructors;(D) Maintains records and controls different supplies of the section and ensures proper utilization of the facilities and equipment;(E) Participates in co-curricular activities in the Centre and in different summer courses when required;(F) Participates with other staff members in maintaining order and discipline in the Center;(G) Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

Work closely with the Corporate Service Corps (CSC) Program Manager in Armonk, NY on a number of projects to support the ongoing operations and deployment of CSC teams worldwide, in addition to developing new models for community engagement, measuring the long-terms sustainability and impact of the projects implemented within the ecosystem framework.
