Assets Integrity Engineer OQOlefin Cracker ,Aromatic Plant:The major achievement:-Optimizing the cost of inspection during TA by including all IP, MP, DL in one inspection package.An extensive review of the location of TMLs assigned to optimized as much as possible of any unrequired scaffolding or insulation removal for hot piping.• Prepare Yearly Plan and weekly Plan performance. Maximize Asset Mechanical Availability.Insure 100% compliance to planned inspection tasks with zero overdue, including the PSV calibration. Meridium Usage &Reports & Records updating:- Update all inspection observation and recommendation in IM Module & Using RBI recommendation from Meridium and ensuring implementation in the annual inspection plan. Thermography & NDT Analyzing and Reporting: - Performing thermography checking of temperature for the all heaters in the Plant- Using thermography camera to measure skin and tube of fire heaters.- Reviewed all NDEs (PT, MT, UT, PAUT, LRUT and RT) reports in the plant units and control the NDT contractor and mange KPI by planning and attending NDT plant requirement.

QA&QC EngineerAS GRE Project Focal Point:Greater Rima Field Development 2014 – 2017 Nimr E1 Catchment Replacement 2015Nimr E2 Infield Header Replacement 2015Amin Station & Nimr G Tank Upgrade 2012 – 2015 ABAK Project 2013 – 2015 Ihsan-Jmab Header Replacement 2014Karim West Header Replacement 2013Nimr Sludge Pit Upgrade 2013The following are my Major role: Reviewing and Monitoring the construction process to ensure all quality requirements met by performing inspection activities during fabrication, installation and final testing.  Reviewing and inspection GRE & HDPE pipeline material manufacturing & installation (welding, fabrication and painting) as per QC procedures and Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Conducting HSE audits on contractor as per Oman South Director (OSD) and Oman South Engineering (OSE) yearly plan. Organizing qualification training and conducting pre- assessment tests. Giving final clearance for project (final hydro test) and reviewing final Piping Test Pack. Coordinating Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports.  Involved in all PDO shutdown for GRE activities. Checking, inspecting and testing incoming raw materials and Review of Material Test Certificates. Inspecting Civil works as applicable.  Carryout the 1000h test parameters inspection and relative qualification testing during manufacturing process. Monitor the quality of the contractors welding / fabrication (before, during, after).
