Cisco GTAP Program May 2008 The professional Network Consulting Engineer (PNCE) course is an extensive training and work experience program that provides me with the training to be a capable Network Consulting Engineer. 4 months are spent in Amman Jordan, where I will acquire technical experience, troubleshooting, process, professional and other skills to perform as a Cisco PNCE. Professional skills include; teamwork, inter-personal, presentation and consulting skills. 2 months and a half in Cisco’s TAC India. Where I will get on job training as a Cisco TAC engineer. I will pick cases and respond to customer issues. Completed the program and now work in Cisco Advanced Services team. A team responsible with providing world class services to cisco customers. Focused on premium customers, the AS team provides complex design, performance and optimization services to the largest networks in the world.

• Manage all aspects of Network Security Operations. Maintain corporate data network security infrastructure and provides information security based on the enforcement of the Mobily security policies.
