Current• Digital Banking Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of digital banking services, including mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs, POS, alert messages, debit cards, and e-wallets, for a large customer base.• Electronic Banking Settlements: Perform daily account settlement process of electronic payment transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.• Dispute Resolution: Efficiently manage a high volume of digital payment disputes, aiming for zero disputes per day.• System Optimization: Enhance system performance and develop improved systematic reports to streamline operations and provide valuable insights to top management for strategic decision-making.• Technical Support Supervision: Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists.• Staff Training: Conduct training programs for bank branch staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to support digital banking services.• Product Development: Collaborate on the development of new mobile banking and internet banking applications, including both personal and corporate versions.• Managed relationships with third-party billers.
