- Manage the day-to-day treasury operations- Ensure reconciliation of all bank balances - Manage the company’s bank accounts, repository signatories, accesses, and bank related documentation - Assist with month-end financial closing- Provide data, analysis and reports to other departments or banks - Assist in preparing the annual, monthly and weekly forecast cash flow statement

- Invoice and payment entries - Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders,invoices, statements.- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports tobalances.- Paying vendors by verifying expense reports and ensuring payment is receivedfor outstanding credit.- Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.- Inventory of fixed assets- Vendors reconciliation
