Review PTSA and consultant Payments for accuracy.♣ Maintain interrelated records and files; Conduct account research; Investigate illogical or questionable charges. Maintain a file system for permanent and part-time staff.♣ Perform administrative and professional work of fiscal, financial management, accounting, or budgetary nature in the Business and Finance office.♣ Perform other duties as required.

♣ Prepare and review daily reconciliations of accounts, including trades, position and cash in line with Service Level Agreements.♣ Resolve open break items between CITCO and broker / counterparty records by liaising with clients and third parties.♣ Understand financial instruments so as to verify correct Security setup and ensure proper P&L capture and risk management reporting. ♣ Produce auditable month-end reporting packages to support client positions, trades and cash.♣ Support the conversion of any new clients or existing migrations.♣ Maintain positive and professional relationships with Investment Managers, clients and other CITCO offices.♣ Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of operational systems.
