CurrentWork in partnership with the business to provide HR direction and leadership to the CEO and employees in country. Provide a consultancy service that delivers commercially focused HR solutions that support the business in conjunction with specialist HR functions, contracting and brokering HR services from the centre that enable business performance in country (improving cost and efficiency, developing long-term capability for the future)Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas Impact on the Business:• Lead the annual HR planning process for the country, in order to create the annual HR Plan in line with the Business strategy and Regional HR strategy to support each businesses needs• Support Group-wide Transformation e.g. People & Structures programs.Customers / Stakeholders:• Position the role of Country Head of HR as an integral part of the management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the CEO and senior management team• Build and manage effective working relationships with HR specialists at the center to enable efficient brokering of services in country.Leadership & Teamwork:• Provide leadership and direction around organizational development and change with regards to re-organizations, growth plans, outsourcing or headcount reduction programs• Drive, influence, advise and support line managers to implement effective people management practices.Operational Effectiveness & Control :• Implement HR blueprint in the country with HR specialist partners• Improve HR service in country by implementing HR initiatives as required• Ensure in-country HR processes and systems are compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.Employee Relations:• Manage employee relations across the country ensuring appropriate collaboration and working relationships with employee representative groups e.g. Local Trade Unions
