Responsibilities include managing projects for the construction of Terminals 1 & 2. Tasks involve preparing project documents, defining the scope of work, creating bills of quantity, RFPs, tendering to contractors, and participating in the technical evaluation committee for companies. Projects encompass construction and finishing, interior design, maintenance and operation, security surveillance, and digital transformation infrastructure.

Dar Al Riyadh Group (HQ)Project: Saudi Arabia Ministry of Housing Projects• Responsible for 11 MOH projects all around KSA work with Reginal Manager (RM) on strategic projects and manage small scale projects independently, from initiation through completion. with the outcome resulting in on-time/on-budget delivery according to specifications.• Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.• Preparing and implementing project plans.• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, and the overallproject manager.• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
