KSP Water & Sewage Treatment Complex Project at King Salman Park (192,000 cubic meters/Day)Tasks Summary:-Contributed to developing the Procurement Management Plan by participating in the vendor Pre-Qualification Process and Technical Bid Clarification and Evaluation (TBC/TBE). -Managed the submission of Material Submittals and Method Statements (MAT/MOS) to ensure all materials and methodologies adhered to project specifications and performance requirements. -Established kick-off meetings with the Long Lead Items suppliers, and monitored the package's technical deliveries, and manufacturing progress through periodic meetings such as MBBR & DAF, Closed-Circuit RO, Air Diffusers, and Dewatering Centrifugal Packages suppliers.-Manage resources and contribute to time and cost savings while ensuring adherence to quality standards in deliverables.-Communicating with approved suppliers to obtain the best offers(RFQ) and following up on purchasing orders to get a smooth submission for project activities.-Engaging stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and striving to fulfill their expectations.-Tracking and approving contracts, invoices, and scope of work for subcontractors, collaborating with them to achieve project objectives.-Collaborating with the Quality Department to create delivery documentation and approvals for completed activities.-Updating the project schedule after obtaining delivery approvals and estimating remaining activity durations.-Overseeing the delivery of steel tanks by completing the steel sheet installation works by following the welding processes and conducting hydrostatic testing and monitoring settlement tests (170,000 cubic meters).-Collaborating with the team on pipe laying and connection operations of various sizes, conducting necessary tests for delivery (HDPE-GRP-CS-PVC).-Establishing and operating the chlorination system for dosing the Chloride liquid to ensure obtain desired levels and readings.-Addressing all project clients' remarks for final submission (snag lists), including warranty submissions and completion of the testing and commissioning phase.
