1. Successfully overseeing multiple projects from the realm of project management from initiation till handover.2. Responsible for preparing the Shop drawings for all types of buildings and involved in developing the 3D BIM Model and Coordination as per Standard.3. Coordinating with Host, project team and Trades (depending on Project) to ensure successful project delivery. Arrange progress Meetings in between teams to ensure On time delivery.4. Developing shop drawings as required by a consultant before initiating site work and as-built drawings at the end of the project.5. Project Template creation, Model Setup for MEP Models. MEP Services modeling, detailing, Sheet Preparation, Annotations.6. Sector plans, zone layouts, Wall penetrations layouts & Schedules.7. Creating clash reports & viewpoint to share clash location with Host and Trades.8. Project browser organisation and sheet setup for documentation.9. Delivering models, reviewing and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, & MEP discipline.10. Ensuring project standards with respect to BIM execution plan are maintained throughout the process.11. Making Changes in model according to the inputs received. 12. Taking backup of Revit Model & Creating BIMXREF’s for other disciplines.13. Exporting NWC file with isolated scope of work from Revit model.14. Assigning dimensions, symbols, annotations, tags to plan views, sections, detail views, drafting views, etc. In Revit models.15. Creating View templates for different projects as per the requirement.16. Creating Title blocks, Annotation symbols, Tags based in project requirement.17. Creating Spaces, Zones & Heat Load Calculation Report.18. Assigning worksets, Design options to various elements for collaboration purpose.19. Linking Architectural, Structural & MEP models for clash detection.20. Revit Model developing from Cad drawing.21. Publishing & Printing drawing from Revit for Design review to IFC submission.
