The Rogers Wireless booth I had worked in was a booth in the middle of the second floor in the famous mall; Plaza Côte-des-Neiges. Surrounded by competitors such as Koodo and Virgin, I have developed my sales skills in this role. I had to not only find the specific product that would meet my customers needs but would also add and tie other products to the sale all while adding value to the customers purchase and increasing customer satisfaction.
