CurrentProject: Turnkey Shutdown & Maintenance Services - HBNS Central Processing Facility, AlgeriaAnadarko, Sonatrach,responsibilities: -Coordination and optimization of HSE resources assigned to shut down- Ensure adequate HSE visibility throughout the life of the shutdown including HSE management of subcontractors- Development and maintenance of shutdown related HSE documentation including Reports, shutdown HSE Plans.-Reviewing H&S Plan, Emergency plan and Environmental plan and updating as when required.-Reviewing HSE Plans submitted by Sub Contractors and advising them on changes if required.-Developing an extensive safety training program designed and implemented for all levels of workforce.-Advising Senior Management in the company on all HSE related issues.-Advising Project Managers on HSE matters.-Reviewing and implementing consultants concerns over HSE.-Chairing Sub-contractors Safety Committee.-Audits of sites under my control .-Issuing of Safety Alerts. -Reviewing all Method Statements and Risk assessments issued on all shutdown under my control.-Accident investigations.-The development of a strong HSE culture within the company and is fully accountable for company HSE performance. -Chairman of Accident investigations committee-Advise suitability of purchase of all HSE equipment.-Compilation of company HSE plan and shutdown Specific HSE Plans.-Prepare Emergency Response Plan-Conducting HSE Audits-Accident / incident investigations and writing final reports-Working with a multi-national workforce- Rescue team leader.-Inspect heavy equipment
