JOB PROFILE Materials Requirement Planning. Releasing schedules to the Vendors. Providing Monthly Planning for manufacturing parts to the Materials department at factory. Co-ordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities. Sourcing for alternate local vendors for critical and imported parts. Sales order management. Management of packaging, shipment and invoicing of parts Keep the track of customers pending orders and pending orders with Vendors for smooth flow of supply.  Review of new demand and release Schedules to Suppliers Effectively communicate and follow up on day-to-day basis.  Reconciling the stocks periodically. Arranging to clear the Vendors and transporters bills regularly. Process development, Problem Solving and providing suggestion for improving process efficiency in terms of quality, delivery, cost and reliability.  Collaborating with the Logistic staff and coordinating with other departments in the company.  Responsible for submission of reports (MIS) with respect to performance of each area.  In relation to spare parts business, responsible for the timely delivery of materials.Inventory Planning and Control. Monitoring progress throughout the process and comparing this with the planned work.  Coordinate with Service/Sales team and supplier for verification of customer’s new demand with specific Bill of material and catalogues of products.
