CurrentProvide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting leadership and staff with the development of annual plansOversee preparation of an annual reports by evaluating and summarizing progress on short and long range plansAnalysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting it’s long and short term goalRecruitment and contracting of company and project staff Employee development and training Internal policy reinforcement Maintaining performance management and improvement systemsEmployment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting Company wide committee facilitation including planning, production and staff for store locations in Chicago, Mississippi, Florida, Connecticut, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Handling day to day operations such as, payroll, cash handling and employee schedules/callouts Maintaining inventory for our Secaucus location by placing weekly order of all supplies needed Stocking/organization of merchandise upon arrival to align with the company’s retail strategy Responsible for all customer service issues and escalations to ensure we have 100% customer satisfaction
