Duties & Responsibilities:• Preparing purchase requisitions (PR) in SAP by using DDM/Barcode set up and then sending for management approval through email.• Preparing ‘daily goods received report’ and then sending the report to the end users through email.• Prepares purchase orders from contracts or agreements.• Prepares goods receipt against the invoices and delivery notes of all materials, spare parts received from various supplier.• Allocate storage location of the materials and spare parts.• Prepares transmittal report of the store entries made for submission to the accounts department.• Issuance of goods against issue vouchers of all materials and spare parts.• Prepares transfer posting of materials/spare parts from warehouse to warehouse.• Encodes all the data of diesel, petrol, concrete, sand, gravel and water in the excel worksheet.• Receiving and issuing of various stationery materials. Also monitoring and controlling the consumption as well.• Prepare monthly reports for closing store accounts such as stock value list, inventory report, material document • Prepares physical inventory documents, enter inventory count and to post inventory differences as well.• Assisting store manager in the resolution of inventory.• Assist with the annual audit.• Process store paperwork as needed and ensure accurate financial reports: - Accounts payable invoices. - Inventory adjustments and transfers. • Carry out an efficient documentation and filing System.• Performs other tasks assigned to me from time to time.
