RESPONSIBILITIES :-> Supervise the day to day operations of the stores in coordination with the Store Managers.> Hold weekly meetings with the Store Managers to review sales performance and ongoing stock needs of all the stores.> Track and analyze stock in all stores on a weekly basis.> Ensure stores reflect the brand retail best practice across all aspects of the brand and follow the corporate guidelines whilst liaising with the visual merchandising team.> Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual retail sales targets in line with the agreed annual budget.> Develop and implement an off season stocking plan for each store using sales figures, shipping related constraints and other factors.> Staff movements and appraisals along with Store Managers and be actively involved in the recruitment process for the brand.> Monitor all store expenses on a monthly basis and to discuss cost controls with the Senior Management of the company.> Provides advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.> Liaise with the Government relations department with regards to municipality permits, sales permits etc.> Co-ordinate and maintain good relationships with mall management and be involved with the various activities & promotions of the mall.

RESPONSIBILITIES :- > Maximizing store performance by exploiting every opportunity to drive sales along with effective space and stock management while achieving sales targets and highest levels of customer service. > Coordinate with the staff regarding Budget Plan, Sales Target, Promotional Activities, Things to do, Briefed and trained the staff by conducting active selling process.> Update daily/weekly/monthly report of sales analysis, sales drivers, management checklist, daily sales report, good flow initiative, best sellers, stock transfer, stock loss prevention checklist, and daily compliance. > Visual merchandising which includes; Positioning of best sellers, new lines, Floor layout by brand guideline and visual instruction.> Assist across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing company procedures, including correct utilization of security equipment and correct completion of all required documentation.> Motivate all staffs by promoting highest standards of customer service, product knowledge, features and benefits to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES :- > Accountable for all aspects of the store manager’s role in their absence.> Accessing reports through AEP and MHA website.> Managing customers complaint, Managing staff daily planner.> Reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls.> Presenting daily sales driver or target for the day.> Sale reports follow up of stock required, loss prevention, internal administration, organizing training sessions for the sales team on customer service and sale tactics.> Maintaining the retail standard and making showroom presentable.> Checking stock query and receiving the stock from other location.> Process the reconciliation of delivery for the whole month.> Communicate the brand team through via-internet.> Generate the best seller, stock level, space management and brand bulletin.> Merchandising the fashion wear and accessories to get customer attention.
