Showroom Administrator
Current• Invoicing and updating financial data. (with ERP & X-ONT's Ventura system)• Responsible for the main cash and petty cash of the showroom.• Generate GRNs (Goods received notes).• Handle Customers and warranty matters.• Responsible for local purchase and timely payments for suppliers.• Do monthly and annual stock audits.• Dispatching goods through the system and update stocks weekly.• Directly reporting & coordinating with HR and Accounts departments.• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.• Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the HO (finance, sale, and stock reports).
