Supervises the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day-to-day basis. To ensure as a Team we deliver highest standard of Guest Satisfaction. Monitors and controls, on an on-going basis like Quality levels of product and service, Customersatisfaction, operating costs and maximizing sales. Sets up targets/ goals for the department, makes constant effort to achieve the same. Oversees the services of business from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure higheststandards and quality services at all times. Develops formal training plans and conducts on the job-sessions for all employees of thedepartment. Supervises and co-ordinates in liaison with the General Manager. Prepares weekly, fortnight &monthly reports, forecast report and any other report pertaining tothe Business operations. Monitors, controls departmental expenses, & maintains revenue/accounts related /statutoryrecords. Prepares departmental budgets and objective manuals, with constant review and observations. Controls over-time duties of staff in the form of compensatory offs. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements in connection with Business. Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on weekly basis. Manage Housekeeping and Security department in Coordinationwith the respectiveAsst.Managers. Engage in Audit clarification in liaison with the finance manager. Co-ordinates functions and activities with other department heads as assigned.
