Responsibilities included, but not limited to:Leading a team of Construction Managers, Civil Engineers, and MEP Engineers. Quantity SurveyorsCoordination with consultant / client representatives for approvals and progress reporting.Monitoring of site construction activities in accordance with relevant specification and standards.Approval of technical documents submitted by the sub-contractors and in-house discipline engineers.Qualification of subcontractors, monitoring of subcontractors' performance and approval of subcontractor's interim invoices for the certification of payments recommendation.Review subcontractors' material submissions for further approval.Monitoring of material inventories and approval of purchases.Ensuring the proposed materials for the construction is in compliance with specification.Monitoring of workforce performance.Ensure timely reporting to the management in terms of progress, cost updates, projection of variances, change orders, and future recovery plans.Examination of projects prior to preliminary and final hand over to clients.Manage and lead the commissioning of the project to ensure safe and efficient close out of the project including attending the final inspection and payment proposals. Review of as-built drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients.

Managing Sewage Network Projects

The company was involved in UAE Dirhams 500 Million construction project for Natural Gas Distribution Network for residential and commercial purpose. Active Team Member from initiation till final close out of the ProjectResponsibilities included, but not limited to:Responsible for preparation of Quality manual, Construction procedures, HSE procedures, work & field instructions, and inspection & test plans.Management of the assigned project to ensure the completion in specified duration, compliance with client requirements and executed within the allocated budget.Preparation of compiled progress reports indicating project status, cost forecast, variations and area of concerns.
