● Monitoring daily security alerts & remediation activity on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).● Handling and taking necessary actions against alerts like Ransomware/Malwareincidents, AV related incidents, Suspicious behavior, Malicious URL clicked, EDR alertsetc. for the Servers, Workstations.● Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.● Blocking IOC at MDE end based on cyber-attacks or incident investigation findings.● Notify respective teams for the remediation action related to application vulnerabilities,OS vulnerability by using TVM feature in MDE
