Egyptian, bilingual, qualified lawyer with a strong civil, criminal, corporate, finance, and banking law background, having worked for numerous leading law firms in Bahrain i.e. “Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Law Firm”, “Salwa Ahmed Al-Khalifa Law Firm”, “Ahmed Jassim and Associates law firm”, and “Younis Zakareya Law Firm”.Over the last 6 years I have acted as lead counsel on a number of transactions for both local and international clients, on matters involving banking, real estate, regulatory/compliance, acquisitions, employment, insolvency and liquidation, as well as providing general corporate and commercial advice, besides handling and managing high level litigation matters before courts of all degrees, both Civil and Criminal.I have also worked closely with a number of government bodies such as the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the Central Bank of Bahrain, which has allowed me to build a strong understanding of local laws and regulations in the region.
