Starting as a language and martial arts teacher taught me how to deal with different kinds of students. Dealing with students from different ages makes you very adaptive when dealing with people from different ages. After changing professions to a passenger services agent , made me contact and deal people from different cultures ages and religions , also gave me the opportunity to deal with passengers with different circumstances for example angry passengers , dealing with overbooked and canceled flights. Taught me to keep my emotions and stress under controle.changing my previous post to a flight dispatcher made me try my skills in managing the turnaround time of the airplanes, also coordinating between various airport factions and services required by the arriving planes for example , fueling catering cleaning and so on.
