• Negotiate and handle leases, rental agreements, and contracts• Oversee the tenant move-in and move-out processes• Manage tenant relations by resolving issues and enforcing rules• Maintain accurate records of rental revenue, costs, and tenant information• Oversee rental property maintenance and repairs

• Attending open homes and listing presentations for appraisal and preparingsales comparables and leasing reports of the area with RPData• Liasing with solicitors, lenders, contractors, mortgage brokers and otherparties involved• Research property market activities and updating relevant information toprospective clients with company's CRM and ManagedApp
