Handling a territory of 10 stores. Looking after all operational activities of retail stores.

Role: Handling a territory of 15 stores located at Bihar, Jharkhand, South Bengal & Kolkata. Around 60 people reports under me.Present Job Responsibilities:Sales Targets & Achievements: Responsible for weekly and monthly targets & sales for my area as per given ABP.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory turnout, stock cover and stock turn. Ask liquidation price for stock hold.Promotions & Offers: Organizing different promotions to offer variety to the regular customers and help in creating new ones too. Marketing & VM: Compiles the competition information (sale, offer & merchandise) and validates between locations/markets. Builds up a picture of emerging threats/opportunities.Process Adherence: Monitor store operations & Ensure compliance adherence with Cash management, Stock Management, Cost management, housekeeping, staff attendance. Store Audits: Undertakes regular store audits and points out the gaps to the sales team.Training & Development of Staff: Training of the staff to improve specific skill area. Cross transplant skills across stores. Ensure compliance to the training calendar.Spend Budget: Compliance monitoring, check and approve monthly expenses.New Store opening: Responsible for all the activities involve in new store opening and managing store opening checklist.Customer Orientation: Delivering high value services to upscale clients for exalting their satisfaction levels.

Role: Handled 6 departments of a Departmental Store. Around 12 people used to report; Analysis and forecasting of sales trend and Preparation of MBQ.Follow up with merchandise controller and SCM for timely Supply of goods to avoid stock out situation.Inventory Management - GR & IR under ERP - SAP /R3 4.7 Version and Raising Stock Transfer Orders to supply if any excess stock to various other locations.Monitor inventory turnout and stock hold. 5. Training of new recruits and preparation of next line. 6. Customer grievances management.

Role : Responsible for an area of 1200 Sq ft. Around 10 people used to report; Replenishment of Merchandise: Communicate the details of replenishment to factory people and ask them for the fresh stocks as per the requirement.Team Management and Motivation: Managing a team of 10 persons. Making duty roaster and planning their off days and leave. Motivate them to sale.Upkeep of Department: Covering important aspects e.g. cleanliness, staff presentably, decongestion etc. communicate to entire team the importance and standards required on this front.Interaction with Customers: Playing a crucial role in being the front face of the store to the customer and building relationships. Interact with customers explain them about our products, taking orders etc.Shrinkage Control: Derive reduction in shrinkages. Control the inventory.
